邦久庵でのお味噌作り
春分の日の翌日に行われたお味噌作り。
少しまだ肌寒い風が吹く中、邦久庵の目の前の琴の海、大村湾には綺麗な緑のあおさが生き生きと春を告げていました。参加者の方々は熱心にお味噌作り、そして邦久庵のことなど熱心に様々な意見を交わしていらっしゃいました。ここは偶然に acoya project, あこや真珠、長崎 のプロジェクトに参加して頂いた、アムステルダム在住のアーティスト渡辺睦子さんに教えていただきました。彼女も、そして私も不思議な偶然が重なり辿り着いた場所です。池田氏の思想はまさに私が考えていることに一致しました。
’一期一会’、そうしてここ西と東を繋ぐ大村湾、真珠の海の物語を考えました。それは私たちが忘れてしまった大切な物語を蘇らせるプロジェクトです。

Participated in making Miso ( fermented soybeans paste) at Hokyuann on the day after Spring Equinox day.

Hokyuann is srrounded with very beautiful land scape, Omura bay has been called ‘ Harp Sea’ is in front of the house. I could know this place through acoya project. Chikako Watanabe, she is artist baced in Amsterdam, introduced me.
I really touched by his thoughs. So somehow we would like to keep his spirit.
On the miso day in Hokyuann, we ate season’s lunch, and making miso together. It was very nice opportunity to have communication with local people.
Hokyuann was built with very special Japanese  tequnique so after Mr. Ikeda left this house, general incorporated association has taken care of it, but it’s difficult to keep house.
“Treasure every encounter, for it will never recur.”  Then I have started to create a project, ‘A tale of Pearl Sea’
We are planning special event that is going to be held connecting West and East in Omura bay. At the same time It’s a project about acoya pearl, rivibe the story we lost in omura bay, Kotono-umi.
